MYO-0461: Dolo Poff

Once a young Tatsukoi who aspired to climb to the top of the Cascades, Dolo suffered an injury from a fall that stopped them from going further. Out of shame, they secluded themself on the second layer for the majority of their life where they became a farmer and began to practice magic. As the world moved on, Dolo slowly started to open up to others and has opened up a vendor at the local market.
