the snuppy is a semi aquatic creature roughly the size of a medium sized dog.
it prefers to stay on land, but its snail like body needs to be kept moist, causing it to really enjoy water
snuppies are mostly found in the first layer, and really love baby tatsukois
many parents get a snuppy as a guardian for their baby as they are fiercely loyal

species notes:
- can be any color combo w markings
- usually have rly long snail like tails and "ears", but can vary
- must have a shell! some are big enough that a snuppy can retreat inside, and others are so small theyre just for decoration
- their little whisker bits are required, but additional ones can be placed wherever
