Say hello to the Teddi-fish! Despite their somewhat mammalian appearance, they are completely aquatic. They breathe through the gills that are underneath their chubby jaws. These little fish are pug sized, and a favorite pet among extroverts. They are extremely friendly and energetic, they love attention, and their favorite food is honey-suckle kelp-fruit. These little guys were first discovered in the Serene crystal ponds of the Layer of Elysium. Since their original domestication, they are now in every layer of the falls, and thus have branched out to several genetic variants (panda, polar bear, koala, black bear, and red panda). Teddi-fish LOVE Tatsukits and big families. They have been known to nanny some of the younger family members when the adults are busy. They love to cuddle, and can last hours out of the water so long as they're kept hydrated. Their vibrant scales are often shed, and quickly grow back. Alot of teddi-fish owners take these scales and make adornments for their teddi-fishes. Though honey-suckle kelp fruit of their favorite, they tend to mainly feed on small gold fish, as they come in a larger abundance, leading them to be enthusiastic omnivores. The fatter they are, the happier the teddi-fish.
