The twin tailed skink! These small lizards are shy and often spend their days hidden away, but they are a brilliant sight when they come out to bask! They are found mainly in the rocky spines of Layer 2 but there are claims they have been seen in the rockier areas of other layers, even as far up as the riversides of Elysium!

They hunt small invertabrates and use their brightly colored tails to distract predators from their heads, even dropping them if they have to! Some tatsukoi even keep them as pets!
