Warpwyrm

Most common in the caverns of layer four, hidden between the steep rocks on layer two, or hiding in the dark corners of layer five, Warpwyrms are considered one of the more peculiar pets you can own. They prefer water and darkness, attracting prey with their glowing spiral patterns, and communicating through emitting light, these creatures are not very vocal, but very affectionate regardless. Being relatively tame towards tatsukois, having learned through centuries that they are not a threat. However, they don't go up to anyone voluntarily unless it knows you.

prefer damp places, often needs to be in water in order for their skin not to go dry. Warpwyrms can twist and turn their bodies without pain in order to fit in crevices predators cannot tread. Armed with their 3 pairs of legs, they usually move quicker than other prey, and so are not very well sought after by predators unless they are caught off guard.

Being social, they enjoy eachother's company, traveling in groups of three or five 

they come in an array of colors depending on environmental factors and conditions, but are usually blue, purple or cyan in color.
